Jordan Meissner has served on the asset management and acquisitions teams since 2012 as a Financial Analyst and Investment Manager. She oversees the analysis of leasing, debt placement, hold/sell decisions, and budgeting. Jordan also works with joint-venture partners and property managers to establish goals and objectives for CCM properties and to assess performance. She develops underwriting assumptions and creates financial models for a variety of property types in the US and Puerto Rico.
Jordan has 10 years of experience in project management, three of them in the real estate industry. Prior to joining CCM, Jordan served as a Project Manager at Orr Partners, a developer in Northern Virginia. She provided construction management and owner’s representation services to bank, non-profit, defense contractor, and country club clients, consistently delivering projects within the scope, budget, and schedule constraints which she developed with her clients. Prior to Orr Partners, Jordan was an Aerospace Engineer, with a focus on missile systems technology and communications integration, having worked at the Missile Defense Agency and other Department of Defense organizations. In every job position, her contributions have been in detail-oriented analysis, efficiency of implementation, and collaboration.
Jordan holds an MBA from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business and a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
