Terence O’Connell is an Associate Vice President of Acquisitions and Asset Management of CCM Real Estate. His responsibilities include evaluation of new deals, execution of due diligence and closing, oversight of refinancing and dispositions, and management of operating properties. Prior to joining CCM Real Estate, Terence was an Associate Director at MetLife Real Estate Investors where he was involved in all aspects of acquisitions and asset management. During his tenure with MetLife, Terence was directly involved in over $2 billion of transactions in a variety of property types and investment structures.
Prior to MetLife, he was a Senior Associate at Deloitte Financial Advisory Services where he provided Excel and Argus financial modeling support to a variety of real estate clients. He also performed valuations of numerous operating and development properties. Terence began his career at in the external audit practice of Deloitte & Touche.
Terence holds a Master of Accounting from Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and a BS from the University of South Carolina. Terence is a CFA charterholder. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and currently serves as the Chair of ULI Driverless Car Working Group.
